Kellie Martin, she is an American actress and filmmaker popularly known for her roles for her role as Christy Huddleston in the period drama "Christy", Rebecca Thatcher on the drama about families Life Goes On> and Lucy Knight for the medical drama ER. Additionally, she's known as the star of the Hailey Dean Mystery television series. Martin's acting career began at the age of 7 when an aunt, an ex-nanny who looked after for the children of Michael Landon, helped secure a spot as a special character in the 1982 film 'Father Murphy.' After she graduated from Yale University in 1982, Martin began to take her acting profession more serious. She was able to land important roles on television as well as big screens. Martin as well as being an accomplished actress and dancer, is also a successful ballet photographer. Mother of two daughters Martin is the Lupus ambassador and has been spreading awareness about the condition each day following the passing of her sister at age 19.
